2nd annual cbiz women transforming business award
Women Transforming Business Awards (WTBA) is powered through CBIZ Women’s Advantage group. WTBA is a virtual national recognition for women’s success and transformational industry advancements in financial, cultural and innovative initiatives.
As a member of the Women Transforming Business Awards committee, we strived to create an identity that was bright and new while also still maintaining a tie to the traditional CBIZ brand. The WTBA brand identity is focused around the slogan “sparks of creativity.” An open and creative mindset can spark possibility of success in any environment.
The 2022 digital branding guide was created for our Champions to use in order to gain an understanding of the event
timeline, contact information, file locations, and how to best spread brand awareness to foster nominations.
Nomination announcement and continuous nominations reminders were posted on all major CBIZ social platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Frontline Selling. In addition to internal and external email’s highlighting the award and event was a great touch point for practitioners to nurture and foster connections with their clients.
Each 12 finalists were Congratulated on the CBIZ social platforms: Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
